Inizio Advisory is searching for a talented Data Science Analyst to join their team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will excel in turning raw data into valuable insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of statistics and Python programming, coupled with experience in data analysis tools and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, organize, and ensure data integrity from various sources.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations to support data-driven strategies.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and visually appealing charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that summarize data insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Model Development: Assist in creating and evaluating predictive models using machine learning techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and statistical analysis tools (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner.
• A passion for data and a desire to influence business decisions.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

This role requires 2 days of in-office work each week.
