Data Analyst at Momentive (Greater Chennai Area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business process owners, customer service leaders, and managers to optimize processes.
• Analyze processes and data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accuracy.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data, identify trends, and support predictive analytics efforts.
• Prepare data presentations, interpret results using statistical techniques, and generate ongoing reports.
• Manage and maintain data systems, ensuring accurate acquisition from primary and secondary sources.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs, manage metrics, and dashboards.
• Escalate issues when necessary to the Manager and ensure compliance with reporting timelines.

Key Metrics Role:

• Ensure timely report execution and SLA compliance.
• Support customer service process analysis and reporting.

Travel Requirements:

• Travel required once per year for project partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in SAP, Business Warehouse, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong ability to prioritize, handle multiple requests, and complete tasks on time.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience with SAP and strong communication skills for organizing and disseminating data insights.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
