Key Responsibilities:AI Solution Development: Design, implement, and refine data-driven solutions using RAG, NLU, and NLP techniques to solve complex business problems.API Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune existing APIs to enhance the performance and efficiency of AI applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards.End-to-End AI Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, managing the full lifecycle from data collection to model evaluation.Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights that inform decision-making and contribute to business growth.Data Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and workflows to support AI model development and deployment.Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and AI, contributing to ongoing R&D efforts to enhance the organization’s AI capabilities.Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, bridging the gap between technical details and business objectives.Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions, providing technical guidance and support as needed.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in data science, particularly in RAG, NLU, and NLP. Talented freshers with strong project experience are also encouraged to apply.Technical Skills: Proven experience in fine-tuning APIs for AI applications and familiarity with the end-to-end AI project lifecycle. Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, and SpaCy.Cloud and Visualization Tools: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for developing innovative, data-driven solutions.Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
