PwC is hiring Data Analytics professionals for its DAT Tech & Data – Halo for Journals practice across locations in Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and remote positions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in data analytics, consulting, or data migration and transformation. The candidate will be involved in the management of financial data, performing journal entry testing, and conducting data analytics to assess business processes, compliance, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Handle and analyze data based on business requirements for analytics and audit purposes.Perform data transformation (ETL), data quality checks, and data blending.Provide project deliverables by working within multi-phase data analysis related to compliance, finance, and risk issues.Keep up-to-date with developments in data management, audit analytics, and financial data.Participate in PwC's global leadership framework, focusing on problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.Technical Tools & Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Excel functionality.Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Oracle, or DB2.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Good to Have:Basic knowledge of accounting and financial data handling.Experience with tools such as Knime, COBOL, C#, Shell, PERL, SAP ABAP scripts, MS-SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, and ACL.Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.Qualifications:B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA degree.Freshers or up to 1+ year of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related fields.
