ZS - Data Scientist Associate - Customer Success (Gurgaon, Haryana, India)

As a Data Scientist Associate in Customer Success, you’ll work with the Beyond Healthcare Analytics (BHCA) team, delivering AI and advanced analytics solutions to clients across diverse industries, including technology, food and beverage, and consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytics and Solutions Development: Design and implement advanced algorithms for business problems, using PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Data Modeling and Statistical Analysis: Apply techniques like A/B testing and hypothesis testing on large datasets to extract insights.
• Client Engagement and Problem Solving: Work closely with clients to understand priorities and deploy analytics solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end solutions and present insights to clients.
• Scaling and Quality Control: Standardize processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, sharing best practices and fostering a learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• Experience: 1-3 years in data science, data engineering, or analytics roles, with hands-on experience in building models and algorithms from scratch.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong work ethic.
