Zeta Global - Data Analyst (Hyderabad, Telangana, India)

Zeta Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Delivery Operations Team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on implementing ETL procedures, automating tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process data conversions across platforms.
• Standardize addresses, merge/purge data, update databases, and manage client mailings.
• Automate scripts for data manipulation and transfer.
• Manage multiple tasks to ensure timely client deliverability.
• Collaborate with technical staff to maintain ETL environments.
• Work closely with database/CRM teams, modelers, analysts, and programmers to deliver client solutions.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in database marketing and data transformation.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL for automation and marketing data processing.
• Experience with tools like DMexpress, Talend, Snowflake, and SAP DQM.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, including data imports/exports, SQL Server Agent Jobs, and SSIS packages.
• Familiarity with editors such as Notepad++ or UltraEdit.
• Proficiency in SFTP and PGP for secure data handling.
• Experience with large-scale customer databases in relational environments.
• Strong multitasking and team collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of database marketing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
