Valeo - Data Analyst (Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India)

Valeo, a global leader in innovative automotive solutions, seeks a Data Analyst to support projects in NLP and machine learning. In this role, you will collaborate with the data team to create data pipelines, develop and fine-tune NLP models, and build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using technologies like Streamlit and Flask.

Key Responsibilities:

• NLP & Machine Learning Development: Implement and optimize NLP and ML models, including state-of-the-art LLMs like Gemini, Palm, Claude, Llama-2, and GPT4all.
• Data Pipeline Creation: Extract and transform data from various formats, ensuring quality and readiness for ML training.
• PoC Development: Build quick Proof of Concepts for machine learning applications, manage functionality, and support production deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into larger systems.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in NLP tools and libraries (Spacy, BERT, NER, POS tagging, text vectorization) and experience with ML algorithms.
• Programming & Tools: Experience with Python, Streamlit, Flask, and data formats (Excel, CSV, TXT, PDF).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
