Job Description
UnitedHealthcare is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives. This role involves working with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to provide insights and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Python.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Assist in data automation and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, ADF).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
- Internship or prior experience in a similar role.
