Uber is hiring a Data Scientist (Product Analytics) to support product analytics for its Customer Obsession Platform. This role requires data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product insights to improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable analytical frameworks for product analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to improve the customer experience.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure product impact.
• Ensure data quality across key pipelines and resolve data issues.
• Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track platform health.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience through data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or product analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and insights.
• Proficiency in A/B Testing, Statistical Modeling, and Experimentation Techniques.
• Experience with large datasets and data visualization tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and structured approach to analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service Analytics or Tech/Analytics Services.
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively.
