Job Description
Target is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Bengaluru team. The role involves working with large datasets, identifying trends, and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing.
- Develop dashboards and reports for business teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define objectives.
Required Skills:
- Experience in SQL, Excel, Python, R, Hadoop, Hive, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and data visualization skills.
- Knowledge of statistical models and forecasting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year as a Data Analyst with a strong background in quantitative fields.
