Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Leverage LLMs for data analysis and improve user experiences.
• Build POCs to demonstrate feature opportunities identified through data analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate data findings.
• Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights based on data.
• Use statistical tools to drive predictive analytics and optimize data collection strategies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in voice analytics.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
