Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Leverage LLMs for data analysis and improve user experiences.
- Build POCs to demonstrate feature opportunities identified through data analysis.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate data findings.
- Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights based on data.
- Use statistical tools to drive predictive analytics and optimize data collection strategies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in voice analytics.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
