Prodapt - Business Analyst & Data Analyst (Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India)

Prodapt, a global leader in telecom solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Data Analyst with expertise in telecom domains such as Lead to Cash and Trouble to Resolve processes. This role focuses on leveraging data insights, improving operational processes, and supporting service assurance and fulfillment for fiber access products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Analyze telecom processes, identify improvement areas, and propose solutions to enhance business metrics.
• Data Analysis: Derive insights using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, track value delivered, and recommend quality improvements.
• AI/ML Integration: Explore predictive modeling, AI/ML algorithms, and tools like Bard or ChatGPT to enhance analytics.
• Operational Support: Monitor and ensure timely project delivery, compile reports, and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MSc/BE or specialization in IT/Computer Science preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in data analysis and business analytics, with telecom domain experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, data visualization tools, and familiarity with AI/ML models and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability in multi-channel delivery projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Telecom Knowledge: Familiarity with service assurance, fulfillment, and network build processes for fiber access products.
• Advanced Analytics: Experience with predictive modeling, data engineering, and statistical techniques.
• Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and cloud-based data solutions.
