PAR Technology - Data Analyst (Jaipur, Rajasthan, India)

As a Data Analyst, you will develop scalable data models, create interactive dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling & Analysis: Explore data across entities and develop scalable data models to create business insights.
• Visualization & Reporting: Utilize Tableau or other BI tools to design dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Customer Success teams to define KPIs and recurring reports.
• Quarterly Reviews: Take ownership of quarterly business review processes to highlight business opportunities.
• Data Quality: Address data requests, ensure data warehouse integrity, and foster data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in analytics with strong skills in data modeling and BI visualization.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Technology, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and databases (Redshift, Snowflake). Familiarity with R, Python, and big data tools like Databricks or Spark is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Self-starter with excellent documentation skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
