Myntra - Data Scientist (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India)

Myntra is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join its growing Data Science team. This role involves developing and deploying machine learning models for various domains, including Myntra Storefront and Supply Chain, leveraging technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy data science and machine learning models across Myntra’s platforms.
• Work with large datasets to create real-time and offline predictive solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define ML-driven strategies.
• Partner with Data Platform and Engineering teams for model integration.
• Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and efficient data processing.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps and model deployment in production environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MTech, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Published research papers in AI and ML are a plus.
• Experience in ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and fairness in ML models.
