Myntra - Data Analyst - Customer Analytics (Bengaluru, India)

Myntra is looking for a Data Analyst - Customer Analytics to support customer growth and engagement initiatives by building dashboards, running data analysis, and extracting insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop templates, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Build statistical and analytical models to understand customer behavior, growth trends, and issue diagnosis.
• Manage and maintain the reporting system for operational and management reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc data extraction and analysis based on business requests.
• Assist in data mining and deep-dive analytics to improve customer engagement.
• Identify and track key lead indicators to enhance business strategies.

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL skills – ability to convert business requirements into SQL queries.
• Expertise in Excel and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Experience with Python, R, Tableau, QlikView, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer analytics or growth analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or customer analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
