Morgan Stanley - Associate Data Analyst - Wealth Management (Mumbai, India)

Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Platforms Strategy and Execution team is looking for a Data Analyst to support strategic planning and execution across various digital platforms. This role involves data validation, feedback analysis, and reporting to help improve platform functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, validate, and organize data before and after entry.
• Perform data quality checks and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze feedback data to identify strengths, gaps, and key concerns in Wealth Management Platforms.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and Platform owners.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track feedback and maintain SLAs.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis within financial services, wealth management, or business strategy.
• Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, formulas, data filtering, and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau reporting and data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) for reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data management platforms and cleansing software.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
