InnovateMR - Data Analyst (Gurugram, Haryana, India)

InnovateMR is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to manage analytics for supply utilization, cost performance, and conversion optimization. This role supports cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and operations, to enhance panel performance and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Analysis:
  • Build and optimize reporting on survey completions, channel performance, revenue, margins, and panel lifetime value.
  • Measure and report supply channel and panel utilization performance on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with product and supply teams to improve panelist utilization, API partner performance, and revenue generation.
  • Contribute to long-term supply strategies, including panel, content generation, and API initiatives.
• Optimization:
  • Assist in strategic supply initiatives for cost savings, conversion improvements, and supply modeling.
  • Enhance API partner performance by analyzing click conversions and addressing blockers to traffic flow.
• Panel Management:
  • Oversee panel lifetime value reporting and ensure efficient panel and API utilization.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to increase partnership traffic, conversions, and margins.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Data Analyst; experience in market research preferred.
• Education: BA degree and/or Data Analyst Certification.
• Skills: Proficiency in BI tools and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, supply, and sales teams.
