iCIMS - Data Analyst (Khairatabad, Telangana, India)

iCIMS seeks a Data Analyst to work closely with product management, marketing, and data teams to analyze data from diverse sources, identify trends, and communicate key findings. This role focuses on developing impactful visualizations and ensuring data integrity to influence products and customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal and external datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and data models using Tableau and Excel.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues with data scientists and engineers.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver results.
• Identify and implement data mapping and enrichment processes.
• Adapt existing analyses/models and create new ones to meet business needs.
• Maintain flexibility, take action on feedback, and enhance skills through training.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Education: BA/BS in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to present complex findings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SQL data joins and calculated fields in Tableau.
• Demonstrated interest in quantitative disciplines and professional development.
