HP is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Data Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves handling large datasets, deriving actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data science projects, including data collection and visualization plans.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure effective data recording and analysis.
• Automate reports, data pipelines, and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering insights through professional reports.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and contribute to strategic planning.

Education & Experience Recommended:

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 4-7 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, or statistical analysis (or 3-5 years with an advanced degree).

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Expertise in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data warehousing, and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business intelligence tools.
