Job Description
HP is hiring a Data Analyst to support its Proactive Insights Experience Management (PIXM) Services team. The role involves analyzing IT operations data, collaborating with stakeholders, and using business intelligence tools to improve digital employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital experience scores and generate actionable insights.
- Lead data analysis projects from data modeling to visualization.
- Use Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize incident and problem management processes.
- Stay updated with new technologies and product features.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, IT operations, or technical consulting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight, SQL, Python.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, networking, and enterprise IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HP Proactive Insights, Nexthink, VMware Workspace One Intelligence.
- Understanding of Windows PowerShell, Bash scripting.
- Experience working in Scrum Agile environments.
