Job Description
Google seeks a Data Scientist to support its Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team. The role involves building data infrastructure, developing predictive models, and delivering insights to optimize workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data strategy and infrastructure for xWS.
- Develop ML models and statistical analysis for workforce insights.
- Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to define KPIs.
- Analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and present recommendations.
Required Skills:
- SQL, Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
- Experience in A/B testing, statistical modeling, and ML algorithms.
- Strong ability to translate data into business insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in STEM, experience in NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI.
- Background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support analytics.
- Strong communication and data visualization skills.
