Gartner - Data Scientist (Gurgaon, India)

Gartner's Services Data Science team is seeking a Data Scientist to design and implement AI-driven solutions using machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP). The role focuses on applying large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to extract insights and automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement LLM-based AI agents to process and synthesize complex data.
• Apply Generative AI techniques for insights from unstructured text (call transcripts, emails, etc.).
• Build customer churn prediction and recommendation models.
• Extract insights from big data using machine learning algorithms.
• Engineer features and train ML models on diverse datasets.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in data science and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, LLMs, and Deep Learning.
• Experience in statistical modeling, data mining, and user behavior analytics.
• Knowledge of feature engineering and recommendation systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Information Retrieval, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong ability to translate complex AI/ML findings into business insights.
