Job Description
EY is hiring a MST Batch Operations Data Analyst to support batch processing operations, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance in a global enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze batch processing performance.
- Support weekend, month-end, and year-end operational processing.
- Work with global teams to optimize data workflows.
- Develop reports and insights for leadership.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Control-M or workload automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills for batch job performance.
- Ability to manage incidents and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP batch operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP batch management.
- Understanding of IT service management principles.
