eClerx is looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join their operations team in Mumbai. This role involves working on monitoring platforms, conducting troubleshooting, and providing actionable insights through comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on various platforms using technical/network knowledge.
• Identify customer experience monitoring issues with appropriate tools.
• Troubleshoot server and front-end issues effectively.
• Conduct quality checks while executing client requests.
• Interact with stakeholders to assess customer impact and issue severity.
• Create daily and weekly reports on observed dashboard alerts.
• Document new projects and train on various activities.
• Handle day-to-day executions involving platforms, alerts, issues, and reports using Excel/PPT.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic technical and network knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Development skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
