Deutsche Bank - Analytics Analyst (Bangalore, India)

Deutsche Bank is looking for an Analytics Analyst to develop data-driven insights, create Tableau dashboards, and automate processes to improve efficiency and decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain complex Tableau reports for performance and scalability.
• Interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify data patterns and business trends.
• Automate and optimize data analysis processes for efficiency.
• Conduct research on emerging data science principles and contribute to industry initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in data visualization by adhering to best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard development and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Advanced Tableau development skills, including dashboard optimization.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Python, and advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with data modeling, statistical functions, and automation.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau Server administration and architecture.
• Knowledge of data mining, predictive analytics, and AI applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
