Data Engineering Analyst at BlackRock Gurgaon

BlackRock seeks a skilled Data Engineering Analyst to join its Global Investment Operations (GIO) team in Gurgaon. This role involves developing scalable, business-process-focused technology solutions supporting BlackRock and Aladdin’s ecosystem clients globally. Key responsibilities include solving complex problems, building data visualizations, and working with advanced tools such as Python, Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, and more. Additionally, you will engage in CI/CD processes, use scheduling tools, and work with Azure DevOps and GitHub for enhanced collaboration and development.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in technology with hands-on experience in Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python/Spark, data lakes, and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Experience with time series data, Datalake projects, and Azure Cloud.
• Skills in CI/CD, Agile practices, and object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, Python).
• Proficient in MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Ctr-M, TWS).

Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving, OO skills, and experience in cross-functional collaboration. Candidates with experience in Camunda or similar open-source BPM tools are preferred.
