Data Analyst at Kwalee (Bengaluru, Karnataka)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data to understand relationships between game elements, player engagement, and marketing strategies.
• Develop reliable Looker dashboards focusing on key gameplay metrics.
• Design analytical events and optimize data structures for in-game features.
• Create and manage A/B testing plans in collaboration with the Product team.
• Communicate data-driven insights to development, management, and data science teams.
• Identify opportunities for optimizations through in-depth data analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve game features, game economy, and overall metrics.
• Define customer segments to help product teams make data-driven decisions.
• Build predictive models for forecasting player behaviour, retention, and monetisation metrics.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with programmatic analysis tools to enhance data-driven strategies.
• Strong ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret data for decision-making.
• Demonstrated skill in visualizing and communicating complex data insights effectively.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker for creating impactful data visualizations.

Location & Work Environment:

• The role is based in Bengaluru, following a hybrid work model with 4 days per week on-site.
