Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis Support: Coordinate with customers and staff to support all aspects of data analysis, ensuring that data is accurately collected, processed, and reported.
- Data Processing: Perform data analysis on both hard copy and digital data, preparing insightful reports that assist clients and staff in decision-making.
- Business Improvement: Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that can lead to the improvement of business processes and organizational performance.
- System Development: Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that enhance statistical efficiency and ensure high data quality.
- Training and Support: Provide training to employees on new procedures or protocols, and assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of new technologies.
- Process Improvement: Locate and define opportunities for process improvement, utilizing your analytical skills to recommend and implement changes.
- Competency in Tools: Work extensively with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access, as well as XML and VB Micro, to manage and analyze data.
- Error Detection: Filter and clean data, review computer reports and performance indicators, and correct any code-related problems to ensure data integrity.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with XML and VB Micro for data management and processing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Attention to detail in filtering and cleaning data, ensuring the accuracy of reports and analyses.
- Ability to train staff on new processes and support the implementation of new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
