Job Description
FedEx ACC is seeking a Data Analyst - Associate/Analyst to design and implement processes for analyzing structured and unstructured data to drive informed business decisions. You will manage large data sets from various sources, utilizing SAS programming, SQL, and BI tools to transform raw data into insightful information. Key responsibilities include statistical analysis to improve success metrics, report generation, and supporting the development of decision-making frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Economics; Master’s preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, informatics, or statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Azure Databricks).
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Spotfire, and programming in Java, Python, or HTML.
