Citi is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join their Digital Strategy (DS) team in Bengaluru. This role involves solving complex business challenges using advanced analytics, NLP, and machine learning, contributing to Citi’s digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze millions of chat and call transcripts using text analytics and NLP techniques.
• Identify opportunities for IVR flow improvements and straight-through processing (STP).
• Develop predictive models to enhance customer service efficiency.
• Apply clustering techniques and Gen-AI tools for actionable recommendations.
• Present insights and solutions to business stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with fintech and digital business teams to address key business challenges.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Experience with text analytics, NLP techniques, and clustering.
• Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and large language models (LLMs).
• Statistical mindset and hypothesis testing capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
