Business Intelligence Data Analyst at ZeroFox (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with leads across the company to define analytics requirements.
• Develop dashboards to support key business decisions.
• Define business metrics (KPIs) and maintain a data dictionary.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence Analysts and Engineers to model data in a scalable way.
• Triage and prioritize analytics requests from across the organization.
• Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in analytical tasks.
• Translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data.
• High proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like Postgres, BigQuery, and Excel.
• Experience in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regressions, and data normalization.
• Experience in documenting data models.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• 1+ years of analytics experience in a full-time role.
• Foundational knowledge of databases and ETL processes.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with self-service analytics.
• Experience managing a BI tool (e.g., Apache Superset, Data Studio, Tableau, or Good Data).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk for building reports.
• Experience managing small teams and/or projects.
• Python knowledge.
