As a Data Analyst II, you will play a key role in the Analytics and BI Services team, creating and maintaining embedded reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. You will collaborate with product and data teams to address reporting needs, support users, and ensure BI sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Generation: Convert legacy reports and create new reports in Power BI, supporting business needs.
• Business Intelligence Support: Guide end-users in BI tools for ad-hoc report creation and business insights.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation of data sources, processes, and configurations.
• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders in Product Management, Analytics, and Data Cloud teams to align reporting with business goals.
• Data Quality & Governance: Follow change control processes and ensure adherence to data quality and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in BI report generation with Power BI or equivalent tools (Tableau, Qlik, SSRS).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data joining, and report creation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to prioritize tasks, and adaptability to changing requirements.
