BHIVE Workspace - Analyst (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India)

BHIVE Workspace is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst with 1-4 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on advanced Excel modeling, data analysis, and generating actionable insights to drive business performance. As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in supporting decision-making and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Excel & Excel Modeling:
   • Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and macros for data organization and analysis.
   • Develop and maintain Excel models to support business analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
2. Data Analysis & MIS Reporting:
   • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
   • Prepare and manage MIS reports to update key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
   • Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
3. Data Insights for Decision-Making:
   • Present analysis findings to senior management.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in project planning and execution.
4. Data Visualization:
   • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
   • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
5. Process Optimization:
   • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes.
   • Implement workflow improvements for efficient data management and analysis.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in data analysis or MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros).
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to present insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
• Attention to detail and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
