BCG X - Data Analyst, Predictive Analytics, India - X Delivery (Bengaluru/Gurgaon, India)

BCG X is seeking a Data Analyst to work closely with consulting teams, delivering data-driven insights, predictive analytics solutions, and AI models for business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build predictive models, machine learning solutions, and data analytics frameworks.
• Support case teams with data mining, trend analysis, and advanced statistical modeling.
• Partner with global clients across industries like Retail, CPG, Healthcare, and Telco.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for data analytics.
• Communicate findings through dashboards, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, or AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and cloud-based ML tools (SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Experience with ML deployment tools (Airflow, MLflow, Docker, etc.).
• Ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in AutoML, Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and NLP.
• Experience in customer segmentation, price optimization, and revenue enhancement analytics.
