BCG X - Data Analyst, India- X Delivery (Gurgaon & Bengaluru, India)

Boston Consulting Group (BCG X) is hiring a Data Analyst to support consulting teams and practice areas with analytics expertise. You'll develop automated analytics solutions, perform data analysis, and provide insights for business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automated analytical products to support consulting teams.
• Deliver insights by executing analytical approaches and building data-driven solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key challenges and recommend analytics solutions.
• Build data pipelines and visualization tools to support decision-making.
• Ensure quality of data models, reports, and analytics deliverables.
• Maintain internal repositories for case studies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics and ETL development.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, SQL, Alteryx.
• Expertise in Excel, VBA Macros, and building automated reporting solutions.
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with cloud databases (PostGRESQL, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consulting experience or work in a data-driven decision-making environment.
• Experience with predictive analytics methods.
• Knowledge of Airflow and workflow automation.
