Barry Callebaut Group - Data & Gov Analyst (Hyderabad, India)

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Data & Gov Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and non-financial data, support automation, and drive data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Govern and maintain FP&A-related financial master data across systems (SAP, BOFC, Concur, etc.).
• Ensure data quality and alignment across multiple platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting.
• Work with digital analytics teams to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Provide support for automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain data documentation and governance standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of experience in FP&A or Accounting within a multinational company.
• Strong SAP knowledge, including financial and material master data.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Power BI, and data query tools.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulations (SOX).
• Experience with data management tools (Collibra, Informatica) is a plus.
