Ascent Health - Data Analyst (Bengaluru South, Karnataka, India)

Ascent Health’s analytics team, a centralized arm of PharmEasy, is focused on enabling data-driven decisions to improve healthcare accessibility, availability, and affordability. The Data Analyst will work closely with business, product, and data engineering teams to solve business challenges, create reports, automate tasks, and generate insights from data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction & Analysis: Gather data from databases and other sources, clean data, and perform exploratory analysis.
• Insight Generation: Translate data into actionable insights and share with relevant stakeholders.
• Report Automation: Develop automated processes for recurring reports and tasks.
• Collaboration: Engage with business teams to understand requirements and ensure insights are actionable.
• Data Sanity: Monitor data quality and communicate issues to Data Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in data analytics, preferably within consumer-focused companies.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (including data cleaning and pivoting), and one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with R/Python is a plus, along with strong communication skills and a curious mindset for data exploration.
