Job Description
Arete seeks a Junior Analyst for its Structured Data Services (SDS) team in Hyderabad. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, presenting insights, and supporting management with data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction & Analysis: Perform bulk data extractions in Excel and cleanse or format data as needed.
- Data Mining & Visualization: Extract information, identify patterns, and create visualizations (graphs, tables) for easy understanding.
- Quality Control: Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and communicate findings to management or clients.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science or related quantitative field preferred.
- Experience: Up to 2 years in data analysis; expertise in Excel (advanced formulas and macros preferred).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Power Query, SQL, Oracle, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
