BitGo - Data Scientist (Bangalore, India)

BitGo is hiring a Data Scientist to help refine its data science framework, analyze business trends, and enable data-driven decision-making for its digital asset services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven business insights and provide growth recommendations.
• Standardize metrics and dashboards to identify trends and improve products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions.
• Automate reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for BitGo’s products.
• Design experiments and hypothesis testing with product managers.
• Enhance data pipeline integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making within BitGo.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with strong scripting and database concepts.
• Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEM (preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data warehousing best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with DBT, Airflow, and workflow automation (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS or MA/MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with data modeling and reporting automation.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
